Darlow Water is an established ex-gravel pit fishery stocked with rainbow, brown and Sparctic trout. The lake also holds self-sustaining stocks of perch, pike and tench that are also caught on the fly. Darlow Water offers bank and boat fishing in a very pleasant natural environment.
Farmoor Fly Fishing Club also controls 300 metres of the River Windrush that meanders adjacent to Darlow Water. The Windrush holds wild brown trout and coarse fish, such as chub, that can also be caught on the fly.
