The FFFC Committee has taken the difficult decision to postpone the trout stocking programme for the foreseeable future because water conditions may not be able to sustain a healthy population of trout. We will resume stocking as soon as possible.
Darlow Water is still open for members to visit, and fly fishing for coarse fish and any remaining trout is permitted should members wish to do so, but catch returns of trout are likely to be very poor.
Please also note that the river trout fishing season is currently closed (the river season runs from 01-Apr to 30-Sep).
